Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-08-27
These terms cover the Kadi service at kadi.uno, the link pages hosted at app.kadi.uno, and the cards we design, print and supply. Kadi is operated by Kality Ltd, GD-323-3454, Ghana. By ordering a card or using a page, you agree to what follows.
What we provide
Two things, sold together. The first is a physical card carrying an NFC chip and a printed QR code, designed to your brief and produced by us. The second is a hosted link page on your own account, running on the open-source LinkStack software, which we host and keep online on your behalf.
A card is a pointer. It contains an address, not your content. The content lives on your page, under your control, and can be changed by you at any time without affecting any card already printed.
Your account and your card
Each card is supplied with a short activation code. Entering that code binds the card to your account. Keep it to yourself before you have used it: anyone holding an unactivated card and its code can claim it.
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for everything published from your page. If you believe your account or an unactivated card has been taken by someone else, tell us and we will help you put it right.
What you may publish
Your page is yours, within limits that will not surprise anyone. You may not use it to publish unlawful material, to impersonate another person or organisation, to distribute malware, to run a phishing or other deceptive scheme, or to host content that infringes someone else's rights.
We do not review pages before they go live. We do act on credible reports, and we may suspend a page that breaks these terms or that puts our hosting, our other customers or the public at risk. Where we can, we will tell you why first.
Design, artwork and printing
You confirm that you hold the rights to any logo, photograph, trademark or other artwork you send us for printing, and that we may reproduce it on your cards. If a rights holder objects to something you supplied, that is a matter between you and them, and we may stop producing the affected cards.
Card designs are approved by you before printing. Once you have approved a design and printing has begun, changes mean a new print run. Colour on a printed card can differ slightly from colour on a screen; that is the nature of printing and is not a fault.
Orders, prices and payment
Prices depend on the design, the finish and the quantity, and are quoted for each order rather than listed. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it.
Because every card is printed to your own artwork, orders are personalised goods: once printing has started, an order cannot be cancelled or returned simply because you have changed your mind. Nothing here affects your rights where cards arrive faulty, damaged or not as described — tell us and we will replace them.
Availability
We work to keep link pages online and reachable, but no hosted service is available every second of every year. Maintenance happens, networks fail, and upstream providers have their own outages. We do not promise uninterrupted availability and we are not liable for losses arising from a period when a page could not be reached.
A card is not made useless by an outage. It carries an address, and the address does not change.
Ending the arrangement
You can ask us to close your account and take down your page at any time. Your cards remain yours; they will simply no longer resolve to a page.
We may close an account that is used to break these terms, that is used unlawfully, or that has been abandoned for a long period, after telling you where we can reach you.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, our liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you have paid us for the order or subscription the claim relates to, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost business or lost data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page tells you when it was last done. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will make a reasonable effort to tell you before it takes effect.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Questions about these terms go to hello@kadi.uno. Kality Ltd can be reached at GD-323-3454, Ghana.
