From a blank card to your first tap
There is no app to download, no account to set up before you start, and no waiting on us once the card is in your hand. Here is the whole thing, start to finish.
You tell us what goes on the front
This is the only real decision. A card can be as quiet as a logo and a name, or it can be a full staff ID with a photo, a department and an employee number. Send us a logo file, or a photo, or just the words — whatever you have. If you have brand colours, send those too and the whole card will be built around them.
Bring: a logo or photo, the name and title as you want them written, and your colours if you have them.
We design the card and the QR
We lay out the front, then draw the QR code for the back. It is generated in your colours with a shape and an eye style that suits the design, rather than being a black square dropped in a corner — and it is checked by an actual scanner before it goes anywhere near a printer. Your 4-digit code is encoded inside it and printed underneath it.
You see the design before anything is printed.
We print it and get it to you
Both sides, full colour, with the NFC chip sealed inside the card. It comes out the size and thickness of a bank card, because that is the size a pocket already understands.
Ordering for a team? Every card is printed to the same design and each one carries its own code.
You activate it once
Tap the card on your own phone, or scan its QR. You land on app.kadi.uno, enter the 4-digit code from the back, and the card is bound to your account. That is the last time the code matters — it exists so that a card in a box on a shelf is not already pointing at somebody.
One code, one card, one time.
You build your page, and keep building it
Pick a theme. Add your links. Move them around until the order is right. Then leave it alone, or change it every week — the card is a pointer, not a copy. Nothing you print ever goes stale, because the only thing printed on it is the way in.
Every card you have ever handed out follows the change the moment you save it.
