Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-27

This policy explains what Kality Ltd collects when you use Kadi, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it. It covers the marketing site at kadi.uno and the hosted link pages at app.kadi.uno.

The short version

We collect what we need to design your card, produce it, get it to you, and keep your page online. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.

What we collect

When you contact us or place an order: your name, your email address, any phone number or delivery address you give us, and the artwork and text you want printed on the card. If the card is a staff card, that may include a photograph, a job title, a department and an employee number supplied by you or your employer.

When you have a link page: the account details you register, the links and text you publish, and the theme you choose. Everything you publish on a page is public by design — that is what the page is for.

When you use the site or a page: the ordinary technical records a web server keeps, such as the request, the time, the approximate location derived from the network address, and the browser making it. These are used to keep the service running and secure.

Cookies

The marketing site at kadi.uno sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising scripts. Your choice of light or dark theme and your choice of language are stored in your own browser and never leave it.

A link page needs a session cookie when you sign in to edit it. That cookie exists to keep you signed in and for nothing else.

Why we may keep it

To perform the contract with you: designing, printing and delivering cards, and hosting your page. To meet legal and accounting obligations, which is why records of an order are kept after the order is complete. And for our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and answering the messages you send us.

Who else sees it

Our printing partner sees the artwork and the names needed to produce your cards, and nothing beyond that. Our hosting and delivery providers process data on our instructions in order to run the servers and get the cards to you. We do not pass personal data to anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your published page is visible to anyone who has its address. Do not put anything on it that you would not hand to a stranger, because that is precisely what a card does.

How long we keep it

Order and artwork records are kept while your account is open and for as long afterwards as accounting and tax rules require. Page content is kept until you delete it or ask us to close the account. Technical logs are kept for a short period and then discarded.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to a particular use of it. Write to us and we will deal with the request within a reasonable period.

You can also delete or change anything on your own page yourself, at any time, without asking us.

Children

Kadi is sold to adults and to organisations. We do not knowingly create accounts for children. If a card has been produced for a minor at a school or a club, the responsible adult should hold the account.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be flagged rather than slipped in.

Privacy questions and requests go to hello@kadi.uno, or by post to Kality Ltd, GD-323-3454, Ghana.
